 On
January 18th tragedy hit The Rockets family. Jeff, our band
mate and friend was in a fatal one-car accident in Washington
Township, NJ. We have been grieving and trying to find ways
to understand. We are appreciative of all your prayers and thoughts
during this unbearable time. Jeff's family is deeply moved by
acts and words of kindness. They have been an inspiration to
The Rockets and their faith in the Lord is strong. Jeff Purifico
was all about what's right in the world. His endless giving
of himself and his art on stage touched thousands of people
in a very short time. His friendship to all of us, as well as
his talent, is now replaced by the spirit he left in all of
us. Indeed, Jeff Purifico will always be on stage with The Rockets.
As for his thousands of friends who had the good fortune to
see Jeff perform we are in the process of scheduling a celebration
of Jeff's life for the general public. Jeff's parents have selected
a charity for donations. All your consideration is appreciated
in Jeff's name.
